The air blown seeder mainly uses air flow to transport and sow seeds. Inside the machine, there is an air pump or a gas source connected to a power source such as a tractor, which can generate a stable airflow.
The seeds are placed in a seed box, and a seed planter is connected to the bottom of the seed box. When the machine starts working, the airflow is guided to the vicinity of the seeder through special pipes.
The seed planter, driven by power, releases seeds into the airflow channel one by one or at predetermined intervals. The seeds are pushed by the airflow and transported through the seed delivery tube to the seed ditch opened by the trencher. Finally, the seeds are covered in the soil by the soil covering device.
In terms of sowing accuracy
Precision seeding: The air blown seeding machine can accurately control the amount of seeds to be sown, and through precise air paths and seeding devices, achieve precise seeding of each hole or row of seeds, effectively reducing seed waste.
Uniform spacing between plants: It can accurately adjust the spacing between seeds, making the plants evenly distributed in the field, which is conducive to the rational use of crop lighting, ventilation, and growth space.
In terms of seed adaptability
Multiple seed compatibility: It has strong adaptability to the shape and size of seeds, whether it is round vegetable seeds or irregularly shaped grain seeds, it can be planted well, as long as the air blowing parameters are adjusted appropriately.
In terms of seed protection
Low damage rate: air blowing is used for sowing, and the seeds are mainly driven by air flow during the sowing process, avoiding situations such as mechanical compression that may cause damage to the seeds, and maintaining the integrity and vitality of the seeds.
In terms of sowing efficiency
High speed sowing: With high work efficiency, it can quickly complete sowing tasks in large-scale sowing operations. The sowing speed can be adjusted according to the actual situation (such as soil levelness, seed type, etc.) to meet different agricultural production needs.
In terms of depth control
Depth Precision: Usually equipped with a good depth control device, it can accurately sow seeds to the set depth, ensuring that the seeds germinate and grow in the appropriate soil layer, which is conducive to full contact between the seeds and the soil, and obtaining water and nutrients.
Stability aspect
Stable work: In complex field environments and different soil conditions, air blown seeders can maintain relatively stable sowing performance, reducing the decline in sowing quality caused by external factors.
